The role combines new business development with client servicing, with a focus on building a sustainable client base. Remuneration is R15,000 per month plus commission for the first 18 months.

Qualifications

• BCom degree in Finance or related field.
• Successful completion of RE5 examination under FAIS.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through networking and referrals.
• Maintain and service allocated client portfolio with ongoing advice.
• Conduct needs analyses covering goals, finances, risk appetite.
• Develop tailored financial plans and present investment and planning solutions.
• Provide ongoing advice including follow-ups and reviews.
• Maintain accurate client records meeting FAIS requirements.
• Stay updated on legislation and market developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
