Job description

We are looking for highly motivated and driven individuals to join our client’s team as Junior Field Agents. This role is based in Port Elizabeth and focuses on driving product sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Please note: Candidates must be willing to work occasional weekends and have a valid driver’s license with access to personal transport.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years' experience in sales, customer engagement, or marketing.
• High-energy, target-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Well-spoken with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Driver’s license and own vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source leads in residential areas.
• Compile and present quotations to potential customers.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement.
• Effectively organise tasks to meet daily and weekly targets.

Work Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
