JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure the highest quality and quantity production by managing teams effectively through human resource planning, training and development, ensuring accurate spray program implementation, water control as well as general housekeeping.

• MINIMUM EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Gr.12, Diploma in Agriculture (ideal)
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Citrus background ideal, 2 years Foreman, 1 year Farm Manager managerial experience
