Overview

Job title : Junior Facilities Assistant

Job Location : KwaZulu-Natal, Durban

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Facilities Manager and team to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Act as the point of contact for office maintenance and facilities-related issues.
  • Manage Receptionist and the daily duties
  • Supervise the Receptionist and ensure all front desk duties are performed professionally and efficiently.
  • Responsible for managing and reconciling Office Petty Cash and Vending Petty Cash on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all petty cash transactions are accurately recorded and supported with valid receipts or documentation.
  • Manage outsourced cleaning staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively and in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure the entire office environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
  • Manage and coordinate all office maintenance tasks efficiently, ensuring that all assigned jobs are actioned promptly and closed off in a timely manner.
