Job title : Junior Facilities Assistant
Job Location : KwaZulu-Natal, Durban

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Facilities Manager and team to ensure smooth business operations.
- Act as the point of contact for office maintenance and facilities-related issues.
- Manage Receptionist and the daily duties
- Supervise the Receptionist and ensure all front desk duties are performed professionally and efficiently.
- Responsible for managing and reconciling Office Petty Cash and Vending Petty Cash on a regular basis.
- Ensure all petty cash transactions are accurately recorded and supported with valid receipts or documentation.
- Manage outsourced cleaning staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively and in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure the entire office environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Manage and coordinate all office maintenance tasks efficiently, ensuring that all assigned jobs are actioned promptly and closed off in a timely manner.

Education & Experience :
- High school diploma or relevant qualification required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities, office support, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with building systems (electrical, mechanical, fire) is an advantage.
