Placements24 in Vereeniging is seeking a proactive Junior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. Recent graduates will gain hands-on experience in design, development, and testing of electrical systems under senior engineers' guidance.

You will create schematics, run basic tests, and support project documentation while developing professional skills in a practical engineering setting within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles including circuit theory, power systems and electronics.
• Familiarity with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical) and simulation tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in design and development of electrical circuits, components, and systems under supervision.
• Conduct routine testing and validation of electrical components and prototypes, documenting results.
• Prepare and maintain technical drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to team discussions regarding technical solutions.
• Assist in preparation of project documentation and reports.
