Placements24 is hiring a Junior Electrical Design Engineer for a remote-first role. You will assist senior engineers in creating electrical schematics, layouts, and specifications, gaining hands-on experience across multiple sectors from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in the design and development of electrical systems, including power distribution and lighting.
• Prepare and update electrical drawings, schematics, and specification documents using CAD software.
• Conduct basic electrical calculations for load analysis, voltage drop, and circuit protection.
• Support the review of technical submittals and shop drawings from contractors.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
• Learn and apply company design standards and industry best practices in all tasks.
