Job Description

Providing an engineering service and the design of MV & LV, power and lighting, single line diagrams, reticulation, generators, as well as UPS.

Key Details: Location – Midrand and site-based travel. Start Date – 5 January.

Key Responsibilities

• Diligently monitor construction throughout all stages of a project life cycle.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, actively participating in the design process and coordination.
• Complete all types of projects from inception to close‑out with limited input from management or senior engineers.
• Focus on client care and professional team management, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Serve as a role model for SHEQ performance and behaviour, contributing to a safe working environment and zero harm.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc Eng or B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 year experience.
• MV Design experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of SANS, MV and LV reticulation designs, standby power systems, renewable energy installations.
• Higher than average Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Driver's licence and own mode of transport to travel to sites; willingness to travel within RSA and Africa.
