The Junior Direct Enterprise Sales Representative position is a customer-facing role responsible for driving sales and maintaining BitCo's reputation as a leader in the ICT / ISP sector.
This role involves selling BitCo products and services directly to customers through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, or online channels.
It plays a crucial role in achieving sales growth by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Approaching and engaging potential customers in connected Link Africa and DFA Buildings and Malls.
- Identifying and creating new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending events.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value of BitCo's products and services.
- Assisting in negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet sales targets.
- Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM systems.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Following all instructions given by the Chief of Sales.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience Hard Skills Required
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Qualification and training in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the Telecommunication or ICT industry.
- Ability to meet sales goals and targets.
- Experience in sales planning and reporting.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
