Qualifications

• Entry level experience in Technology Information Security.
• Experience using End Point Protection Software.
• Experience with SIEM and IPS technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the prevention and resolution of security breaches.
• Communicates status of response, resolution and root cause analysis.
• Logs, manages and coordinates service requests to resolution.

Skills

Knowledge of technological advances in information security

Understanding system inter-relationships

Knowledge of information security management

Awareness of current and emerging threats

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related

SANS GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)

SANS GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA)
