Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Dialer to support our outbound calling operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing automated dialer systems, ensuring optimal call delivery rates, and assisting with real-time campaign monitoring.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the outbound dialer system (e.g., predictive, preview, or progressive dialer modes).
- Load calling lists and assign campaigns based on agent availability and campaign priority.
- Ensure accurate and timely dialing of customer data in line with compliance and productivity standards.
- Monitor live campaign performance and adjust parameters as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Troubleshoot basic dialer issues and elevate technical problems to IT support or senior dialer staff.
- Maintain call logs, performance data, and campaign reports for internal tracking.
- Assist with maintaining data hygiene by removing invalid numbers, DNC (Do Not Call) entries, and duplicate records.
- Collaborate with team leads and QA to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
- Stay updated with dialing regulations.
Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in a call center or telemarketing environment (internship or entry-level role).
- Understanding of KPIs such as connect rate, drop rate, and agent occupancy.
- Basic knowledge of compliance standards (TCPA, DNC).
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic understanding of outbound call center operations.
- Familiarity with dialer software is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with data files.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
