What You'll Do

• Develop & Innovate: Create statistical models and algorithms using various libraries and abstractions.
• Analyze & Discover: Conduct exploratory data analysis, wrangle data, and discover new insights from diverse datasets.
• Collaborate & Support: Work with senior data scientists and engineers to implement and deploy solutions.

You'll provide insights to our BI and BA teams and help monitor and maintain models in production.

Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques, conduct self-development, and research best practices in the field.

What You'll Need

• Education: A Master's or PhD in a STEM field such as Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematical Statistics, or Actuarial Science is preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a statistical and / or data science role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in a programming toolset, particularly Python or R.
• Experience with C, C++, or Java is a plus.
• Experience with large datasets and distributed computing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Foundational knowledge of machine learning , statistics , and optimization.
• Familiarity with data mining, data structures, and various machine learning techniques like Supervised and Unsupervised Learning .

Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong desire to work in cross-functional teams, and an agile mindset.

What Makes You Stand Out

Certifications in Cloud platforms like Azure or AWS . Any Data Science, DEVOPS, or Data Engineering certifications. Experience in a collaborative, agile environment.
