Now we’re looking for a Junior CRM & Marketing Specialist to help our clients win — and grow your own skillset while doing it.
What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our platform, helping them get set up, supported, and successful from day one.
CRM Setup and Onboarding
- Set up new client accounts inside our CRM (pipelines, automations, forms, workflows)
- Customize lead journeys and automations using our templates
- Record short Loom videos to explain setups and guide clients step-by-step
Digital Marketing Support
- Help clients launch basic campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads via our AI Launcher)
- Set up lead forms, calendars, WhatsApp automations, email sequences
- Assist with integrations (e.g. connecting Meta, Google, WhatsApp)
Customer Success and Support
- Respond to support queries via WhatsApp, email, or Zoom calls
- Track client progress and make sure they’re using their account effectively
- Flag churn risks and support issues early
Who we are looking for?
You're not a developer, and that’s perfect. You’re a tech-savvy, digital-native who:
- Gets excited about tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Meta Ads, and funnel builders
- Can Google anything and figure it out quickly
- Communicates clearly in English (Afrikaans a bonus)
- Has some exposure to marketing tools (even if just through TikTok, YouTube, or self-study)
- Enjoys helping people and solving real-world problems

- Strong communication & writing skills
- Familiarity with digital tools (email marketing, Meta Ads, Google Forms, etc.)
- Basic tech-savviness: You can troubleshoot, Google, and figure things out

- Experience using CRM or funnel tools (GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)
- Any exposure to paid media or marketing automation
- Previous remote support or onboarding experience
