Job summary

Recruitd is seeking a Junior Corporate Communications Coordinator who blends design with branding and communications across a corporate group. You will develop and apply branding guidelines, build and update web content, and support internal communications and events.

The role requires a design foundation, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office, and experience with WordPress or Wix. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and contribute to brand consistency across sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Multimedia Design or related field.
• At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in graphic design, marketing, branding or corporate communications, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with WordPress or Wix, including designing and building website pages.
• Understanding of corporate branding, visual communication and brand consistency.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive approach with ability to own tasks and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Portfolio of design/branding/website projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design, Branding and Visual Communication: design branded materials and internal communications.
• Develop and maintain company profiles, presentations and branding materials.
• Design promotional merchandise and coordinate production.
• Prepare artwork for signage, vehicle branding and branding requirements.
• Assist with internal branding installations and ensure brand consistency across sites.
• Digital and Website Communications: design and update website pages using WordPress or Wix.
• Maintain a consistent online presence across the Group’s brands.
• Monitor social media mentions and publish approved content.
• Export survey results and assist with reporting.
• Internal and Corporate Communications: prepare, update and distribute internal newsletters.
• Design and distribute staff announcements and internal communications.
• Create professional communications using templates and guidelines.
• Assist with company initiatives and employee communications.
• Ensure internal communications are accurate and visually appealing.
• Supplier and Production Coordination: obtain supplier quotes for design/branding
• Coordinate with external suppliers for artwork, production and installation.
• Track orders and ensure deadlines.
• Coordinate branding installations and stock levels.
• Liaise with internal departments for branding needs.
• Corporate Support and Events: assist with photography and visual content
• Support career fairs and corporate events
• Coordinate branding across departments and subsidiaries.
