SA - KwaZulu Natal, UmhlangaRNeg - RNeg (Market related, Negotiable). We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Construction Support Manager. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial, contractual, and performance risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor project budgets, financial drawdowns, and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Manage project risk through site visits, progress assessments, and corrective actions.
  • Verify payment certificates, final accounts, and cost breakdowns for accuracy.
  • Assist with project planning, procurement, and subcontractor appointments.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure effective communication.
  • Prepare and submit monthly project and financial performance reports.
  • Support business development through strong stakeholder and client relationships.
Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in project financial management or contract administration.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project management tools.
