Our client in Irene, Centurion which provides expert legal services within the sphere of corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law and conveyancing, notarial and property law, is looking for a Junior Commercial Attorney.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :

• LLB and BCom (finance) degrees
• LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
• Strong contract drafting skills
• Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A’s, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.)
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous
• Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
