Our expertise in infrastructure includes ports, rail and transit, aviation, highways and bridges, planning and advisory services, tunnels, and water. We are looking to building on our success in the realm of coastal engineering and are seeking a highly motivated Junior Coastal Engineerto join the Ports and Terminals team in our Cape Town office.

Our coastal pipeline currently has a diverse mix of coastal structure design, metocean design conditions and inputs for ports projects, dredging, adaptation planning and coastal management support. We are looking for a coastal enthusiast to help us deliver and expand on our current and upcoming opportunities.

You bring to the role:

• A commitment to professional development and remaining up to date with the latest advancements and guidance in coastal engineering and science
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Ports and Coastal Engineering
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• A passion and drive to make af real difference

Other Desirable Attributes:

• Master’s in Ports and/or Coastal Engineering
• Familiarity with relevant international codes and standards in the marine and coastal environment
• Experience in dredging
• Experience in coastal adaptation planning and design
