• Age Range: 18–25
• Education: Matric or equivalent; possibly enrolled in or completed a trade course
• Experience Level: Entry-level; may have completed an apprenticeship or informal training, or is willing to undergo training and skill development
• Personality Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, safety-conscious, eager to learn
• Career Goals: Wants to build a career in manufacturing or engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Load raw materials and run CNC programs to produce precision parts.
• Quality Control: Perform visual inspections and basic measurements to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand technical drawings to guide machining.
• Technical Support: Assist with machine setup, calibration, and minor maintenance.
• Workplace Safety: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with supervisors and fellow operators to meet production goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of machining and CNC operations.
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and a good communicator.
