The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, solid AutoCAD Civil 3D skills, and a genuine interest in developing their career in a smaller, established practice. Afrikaans-speaking candidates are preferred to align with the office culture.

Qualifications

• BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years' relevant civil engineering experience preferred.
• Practical experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Good understanding of civil engineering principles and design.
• Strong technical and analytical ability; good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a professional team.
• Afrikaans-speaking candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with civil engineering design and project work.
• Prepare and develop technical drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Assist senior engineers with deliverables and documentation.
• Participate in the preparation of designs and drawings.
• Assist with site-related requirements and project coordination.
• Ensure drawings and work are accurate and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project team members.
• Develop technical knowledge across civil engineering projects.
