Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong academic record and a foundational understanding of chemical engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop practical engineering skills in an industrial setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring plant performance and identifying deviations from operating parameters.
• Support the implementation of maintenance schedules and assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Participate in safety inspections and contribute to the development of safe operating procedures.
• Collect and analyze operational data to support process improvement efforts.

• Contribute to documentation updates, including operating manuals and process logs.
