A consulting firm in South Africa is seeking individuals for a role focused on supporting change management initiatives. The position requires strong leadership skills, a Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, and a commitment to driving a winning culture. Candidates must be South African citizens aged between 18-30, ideally with experience in change management.
Provide support and assistance to the change management team to implement plans and initiatives in accordance with the chosen change management methodology, in projects and across the organisation. Maintain good working relationships with project team members and key stakeholders. Monitor the effectiveness of the projects (change initiatives), challenges, and potential project risks. Drive the organisation culture. Provide leadership to employees within the organisation, creating a winning culture and high morale.
Lead as an Ambassador and executor of Change.
Ideally 1 year experience in the change management and project environment. Ideally a Certification in Change Management. Must have either Diploma or Degree in Communication, Psychology, or Industrial Psychology. Computer Literate (MS Office).
Must be a South African Citizen. Must have a clear credit and criminal record. Must be between 18 and 30 years old. Must be unemployed.
