We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Consultant to join our team, on a base salary + closing bonus / commission basis.

In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our client and partnership base and deepening relationships with existing clients, working closely with senior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Perform market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Assist in crafting tailored business proposals that meet client expectations.
• Support senior consultants in client engagement through calls, meetings, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain a database of prospects and client communications.
• Help organise and participate in networking events to promote the company and its services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
• Contribute ideas to improve our services and client offerings.
• Assist in preparing reports on business development activities and outcomes.
• Support the onboarding process of new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
• Perform administrative tasks related to business development, including scheduling meetings and follow-ups.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM software or tools is a plus.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a conducive workspace for remote work.
