About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal performance of transactional systems, workflows, and OMNI channel components. You’ll work closely with both business stakeholders and development teams to design, document, and implement efficient system enhancements that support short-term insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse requirements for transactional systems, workflows, and OMNI channel enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and detailed user stories.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project deliverables.
  • Manage and facilitate sprint planning and track progress of development tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between system vendors and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee testing, sign-off, and deployment of system changes across the software development lifecycle.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and sprint planning.
  • Experience within financial services, preferably short-term insurance.
  • Good technical understanding of server infrastructure and system integration principles.
