The position will be responsible for changes to transactional systems, workflow, and OMNI channel components to support the Short-Term Administration optimally.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse requirements for transactional systems, workflow, and OMNI channel enhancements and new implementations
  • Document requirements in Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and user stories, and obtain stakeholder approval
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements
  • Manage and facilitate sprint planning for development tasks
  • Act as the communication liaison between the transactional system vendor and business stakeholders
  • Coordinate testing, sign-off, and deployment of changes throughout the software development lifecycle
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years work experience in similar role
  • Experienced in concepts like software development lifecycles, sprint planning, agile methodologies etc.
  • Experience in financial services (Short-term insurance)
  • Good understanding of server infrastructure
