The Role: Junior Agricultural Researcher

We’re looking for a Junior Agricultural Researcher who is curious at heart, passionate about agriculture, and excited to turn questions into answers through science.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Plan & execute trials: Responsible for designing, running, and monitoring field trials.
  • Collect & manage data: Gather accurate research data, keep detailed records, and interpret results.
  • Support reporting: Take lead for research reports, presentations, and scientific publications.
  • Project support: Manage research materials, equipment, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate: Work alongside senior researchers, specialists, and other departments.
  • Technical & field duties: Planting of agronomic field trails, maintaining equipment and ensure sound work practices.
  • Develop others: Assist in training support staff and junior personnel.
  • Flexibility: Be available for after-hours or weekend work when research timelines require it (nature doesn’t always keep office hours 🌱).
