A national provider of communication solutions is seeking a vibrant Junior Administrator & Receptionist for their Swartland Western Cape Branch. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to the Branch Manager. Responsibilities include handling client interactions, coordinating appointments, and managing filing systems. This role offers a salary range of R10 000 to R12 000 per month and entails occasional weekend work during events.

  • Manage front desk reception and attend to all walk-in clients and visitors.
  • Handle and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate bookings and schedule appointments.
  • Assist with stock control and related admin.
  • Perform general filing, data capturing, and document management.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager.

Our client a well-established national provider of two-way radio communication and integrated security solutions serving a broad base of clients mainly in the A gricultural Industry is seeking a Junior Administrator & Receptionist for their Swartland Western Cape Branch.

This position is ideal for a vibrant detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a support role and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the Branch Manager and play a key role in the day-to-day administrative and front-of-house operations.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Matric / Grade 12 Senior Certificate
  • 12 years administrative and reception experience ( experience in the agricultural industry will be advantageous )
  • Proficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Must be able to handle pressure very well
  • Must be willing to work occasional weekends during shows and events
  • Own transport available
