Job Title : Junior Admin Consultant (with Paralegal Qualification)

We are seeking a Junior Admin Consultant with a Paralegal qualification to provide administrative, paralegal and translation support across our operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is eager to develop their career in a structured, professional environment, while applying both administrative and legal knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document management, filing, and correspondence.
 - Draft, review, and process basic legal and business documents under supervision.
 - Assist with the preparation, collation, and management of contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation.
 - Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
 - Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and service providers in a professional and efficient manner.
 - Support consultants and management with research, reporting, and project coordination.
 - Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant legal / regulatory requirements.
 - Assist with diary management, scheduling, and meeting preparation.
 - Translation Support (isiZulu / English)
 
Requirements
- Paralegal qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree).
 - Prior administrative or office support experience (1–2 years preferred).
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
 - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
 - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
 - A proactive, professional, and client-focused attitude.
