Job summary

NTT DATA in South Africa seeks a Manager, Internal Audit to lead risk-based internal audits with a focus on data centre environments and technology-enabled operations. The role guides scope, methods and planning to align with the approved audit plan.

You will lead a team of auditors, coordinate with external auditors, and present findings with practical recommendations to strengthen governance, risk management and compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced internal audit management experience leading audits in complex operational environments such as data centres or large IT operations.
• Experience delivering regulatory and financial audits.
• Proven track record implementing risk and compliance audits.
• Experience managing audit projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Determine scope and objective of internal audits and relevant methods to apply.
• Manage reporting with external auditors and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Remain current with auditing best practice and legislation to advise on analyses.
• Oversee a team of auditors to ensure accuracy of processes and findings.
• Prepare final audit reports for submission and distribute to stakeholders and monitor action plans.
• Coordinate with other assurance providers and senior management.
