Qualifications

• Matric.
• Pursuing or completed BA/BCom in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Working knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and month-end close.
• Solid Excel / Google-Sheets skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• 1-3 years bookkeeping or staff-accounting experience.
• Understanding of basic U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Enter and code A/P & A/R transactions in Yardi.
• Reconcile bank, petty-cash, and credit-card accounts.
• Prepare weekly cash-position and vendor-payment reports.
• Respond to internal invoice/vendor requests within 24 hours.
• Maintain meticulous electronic work-papers.
