The successful candidate will manage the full accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely payments, reconciling supplier statements and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role is ideal for someone with FMCG experience who thrives in a high-volume, deadline‑driven environment. The company is based in Elsies River, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full accounts payable process from invoice capture to payment
• Match invoices to purchase orders and GRNs
• Reconcile supplier statements monthly
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve queries
• Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs
• Maintain accurate creditors records and assist with month‑end close

Minimum Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics
• Accounting or Finance certificate/diploma
• 3+ years experience as a Creditors Clerk in FMCG
• Strong accounting system knowledge (Pastel, SAP, or similar)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Strong communication, organisational and deadline‑driven skills
