Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Junior Accountant in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal to support the finance team. You will assist with daily accounting tasks, support financial reporting, and contribute to smooth finance operations in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Process daily accounting transactions, including invoices and expense reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support accounts payable/receivable functions.

• Support the senior accounting staff with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing procedures.
