What we’re looking for
  • Tertiary qualification (3 year) in Finance (minimum diploma)
  • Qualified individual who is willing to learn, and is not afraid of high volume environment
  • Solid understanding accounting principles
  • Ability to manage accounting figures and financial records is an added advantage
  • MS Excel knowledge and proven ability
  • Good understanding of procurement processes from PO to payment required
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Capture AP invoices
  • Analysis of open orders
  • Reconcile Supplier accounts
  • Process and submission of Weekly payments
  • Recon supplier invoices to GRV and PO
