Overview

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our team. If you excel at building relationships, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you.


Responsibilities


  • Account Management & Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale partners. Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and concerns. Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss account performance and identify opportunities for growth. Assist in negotiating pricing, order volumes, and timelines with clients. Recognise upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue.

  • Product & Inventory Coordination: Track and analyse product performance with clients to optimise sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock availability and minimise delays.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist in planning product placements to maximise sales and profitability. Work with senior account managers and business development teams to implement sales strategies.

  • Communication & Team Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve any client or inventory-related issues. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance account performance. Encourage a positive and goal-driven team culture.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on sales trends and account performance. Provide insights to optimise sales and inventory decisions. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and clients.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience with CRM or inventory management systems (experience in consumer electronics is a plus).

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Employment Type: Full-Time


Salary: R8,000.00 probation (3 months), thereafter R10,000.00 basic + commission
