VACANCY - JMC (Journey Management Centre) Operator – TSU International - CenturionJob FeedTSU International is looking for a JMC Operator who will be responsible for the proactive and reactive, direct and indirect monitoring of all TSU International Clients, against direct and indirect threats, to minimize risk to both the client and the company.Your Daily Tasks Will IncludeTelephone managementTrauma management : (Medical Alert)Kidnap & ransomSecurity adviceAnswers telephone in the prescribed mannerNotes the info received and emergency of the callFormulates a plan regarding the situationGives emergency trauma support (Level one First aid and CPR)Activates Emergency responseActivates the call tree (set out by clients)Follow up and feedback on call received via call tree.Monitoring of PC'sAll emails received are processed and distributed to the relevant personsConstantly monitors the travelsMonitors Global incident map, upcoming risks, and threatsRecords of possible incidents or risks of travellers abroad via the internet.Receives and distributes important information to travellers and Security heads.
