This opportunity is for graduates with a degree in business administration, finance, internal audit, compliance, or law. The program provides hands‑on learning experiences, real projects, and opportunities to build skills and confidence. The program requires good email etiquette, administrative experience, intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, and good English language and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in a Compliance role and be unemployed and have never completed a YES internship before.
