Job summary

TFG is seeking a Data Analyst Intern in the Western Cape to assist with collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support informed business decisions. This role provides hands-on experience with real datasets and exposure to analytical tools and techniques.

You will work with business teams to develop operational metrics, dashboards, and reports, and support ad-hoc analyses while exploring new methods to extract meaningful insights for the organization.

Qualifications

• A Degree/Diploma in a related field of study (Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Accountancy, etc)

Responsibilities

• Assist business teams and management with the development and implementation of operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting
• Use visualization tools to understand and manipulate complex datasets in a simple and intuitive format to rapidly generate impactful, interactive visualizations
• Provide and support ad-hoc reporting services for non-standard issues and analyses
• Continually evaluate, develop, and implement new, meaningful methods for data analysis to inform the business teams about its performance
