Detail : The Role

We're seeking an experienced Workday HCM Support Analyst specialising in Time and Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll to join our Application Evolution Services team. You'll work directly with clients to deliver managed services, resolve complex challenges, and ensure their Workday configuration stays current and optimised.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leveraging your Workday expertise to resolve client incidents and provide ongoing maintenance services
  • Gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, analysing data, and configuring innovative solutions
  • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels – from C-suite executives to operational teams
  • Escalating challenges and proposing alternative solutions when needed
  • Contributing to team development through coaching and mentoring
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements :
