Detail : Key Responsibilities :
- Build and strengthen installer relationships through support, training, and product promotion.
- Conduct site visits for technical support, diagnostics, and escalations.
- Deliver installer training sessions and enablement programs.
- Capture all interactions and insights in CRM systems to support reporting and strategy.
- Share valuable market trends and competitor intelligence with the wider team.
What You’ll Bring to the Role :
- Matric (Senior Certificate) – Technical Diploma or N4 in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is an advantage.
- 3+ years’ experience in technical sales or field support (preferably in access automation / electronic security).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly self-motivated with effective territory management.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential - petrol will be compensated.
