• Pursuing PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, final year preferred.

• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.

• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex regulations.

To support the Regulatory Affairs team in ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations while gaining hands-on experience in drug registration, documentation, and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain regulatory databases and track submission timelines
• Support in compiling and organizing product dossiers (CMC, clinical, non-clinical data)
• Draft and edit SOPs, labeling, and packaging materials for compliance
• Assist in gap analysis of regulatory requirements for new/existing products
• Participate in the preparation of responses to regulatory queries
• Monitor updates in pharmaceutical regulations (local/international) and summarize key changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality Assurance, R&D) to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (final year preferred)
• Strong understanding of GMP, GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory frameworks (FDA/EMA/WHO)
• Detail-oriented with excellent technical writing and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and regulatory software (Veeva, TrackWise)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex regulations
