Jendamark Automation is looking for a Project Graduate Intern to join the Projects Department. The successful candidate will support project managers in coordinating project operations from the moment customer orders are received until the final project sign-off and payment.The role involves assisting with project planning, risk management, milestone tracking, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring all project objectives and departmental KPIs are met.

Responsibilities

• Work with the project sales department to develop cost-effective project concepts
• Understand and define the project scope
• Gather and evaluate customer requirements
• Assess project feasibility
• Maintain communication with customers regarding technical specifications, drawings, and project status
• Develop project plans aligned with financial and time constraints
• Determine required project resources
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers
• Manage schedule changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate weekly scope-of-work meetings with the project team
• Support the Jendamark Quality System (JQS)
• Follow company policies and Code of Conduct
• Contribute to the wellbeing and success of the company

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
• Industrial Engineering (preferably with an Automotive background)
