The Commercial track (CIMA) offers hands-on projects, structured training, mentorship, and potential relocation across sites and provinces in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study in B.Com Management Accounting/Accounting or similar.
• Honours in Management Accounting is preferred.
• South African citizen or permanent resident.
• Good academic results in 2nd and 3rd year.
• Computer literacy including MS Office, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to real business projects as part of a 4-5 year development journey.
• Receive structured training, mentorship and growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate high drive and initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Relocation to rotate across different sites or provinces may be required.
