Responsibilities

• Listing / Marketing / Selling residential properties.
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities.
• Promote sales through advertisements and show houses to possible buyers.
• Completing necessary agreements and mandate documents.
• Perform comparative market analysis to determine estimated value of properties.
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys and mortgage originators.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate, negotiation processes and legal requirements.

Applicants must be living in the Sunningdale/ Parklands area of Cape Town, and must have a valid drivers license and their own reliable vehicle. Applicants must also have their own laptop.
