Pick n Pay is launching a Retail Commercial Graduate Programme in Kenilworth, Cape Town. Graduates will gain hands-on experience across buying, planning, product development, merchandising, pricing, and supplier engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams, analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to value delivery for customers. Recent graduates up to 35 years old are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degrees in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Operations Management or related fields.
• Recent graduates under the age of 35 years.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyze sales performance across categories and stores.

• Assist with pricing, margin, and stock decisions.
• Support the selection of product ranges for upcoming seasons.
