FNB is launching the PB&A Graduate Programme, a contract-based development opportunity for top-performing graduates in finance and investment who aspire to become elite Private Banking Advisors.

The programme provides practical training in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy, with real-world exposure to high-net-worth clients. Upon successful completion, outstanding graduates may be offered permanent roles within the bank.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 7 undergraduate or NQF Level 8 postgraduate degree in finance, investment, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Apply theoretical knowledge in real-world banking and advisory environments.
• Learn and support the management of wealth for high-net-worth clients.
• Assist in developing tailored financial and investment strategies.
• Engage with internal teams to understand client relationship management and compliance processes.
• Demonstrate consistent growth and learning throughout the programme.
