Job summary

PwC Africa invites applications for an internship in forensic services based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. You will gain exposure to corporate intelligence, investigations, supply chain resilience and technology solutions through structured on-the-job training.

As a trainee you’ll develop practical skills in documenting evidence, conducting interviews and supporting research while aligning with PwC’s culture and professional standards.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in one of the listed fields (see above).
• Honours degrees preferred in related disciplines.
• Exposure to forensic accounting or related fields is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and research abilities are expected.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting forensic reports and appendices.
• Analyse financial and other data for investigations.
• Collect, document and analyse relevant evidence.
• Support economic crime investigations and interviews.
• Transcribe interview notes and manage case files.
• Ensure proper document management for investigative matters.
• Assist in business development and proposal preparation.
• Support research tasks and maintain PwC's service standards.
