Trainees will receive structured learning, mentorship, and on-the-job support, with additional power skills training in critical thinking, resilience, business communication, and coaching. Key duties include assisting analysts with research projects, performing ad hoc tasks for senior research team members, attending meetings with management and Investment Research teams, and supporting the research process through administrative work. Candidates will also help with spreadsheet models, company analyses, and preparing presentations for report-backs and roadshows. Ideal qualifications include a BCom, BBus Sci, CFA, Act Sci, Engineering, or related degree, with strong numerical skills, the ability to handle high-pressure situations, and academic diligence.
