Job summary

Lesedi in Centurion is seeking an entry-level Graduate Engineer for a contract internship to gain hands-on design experience and progress toward ECSA registration. You will apply engineering principles, assist with calculations and reports, and learn new tools under supervision.

You will work with senior engineers, contribute to project milestones, and participate in training to advance professionally, with emphasis on safety, quality, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (BEng or BSc Eng).
• Entry level; practical industrial or engineering experience is a plus.
• Must be computer literate.
• Fundamental understanding of engineering principles, theories, and relevant regulations/codes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The purpose is to gain hands‑on experience in the roll‑out of design work on various projects, with the specific aim of acquiring the knowledge necessary for professional registration with ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa).
