Job summary

A global luxury jewellery business in Johannesburg seeks a Business Intelligence Partner who will support cross-functional projects and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison for the Merchandising and Product Development teams, build dashboards, and provide insights that enhance decision-making. A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in BI or data analysis, preferably in the luxury sector, are required. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a BI, data analyst, merchandising analyst, or a planning role.
• Experience working with product or retail data (especially in luxury/fashion/jewellery) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary BI liaison for the Merchandising and Product Development teams.
• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Support the Merchandising team in preparing weekly trade reports and executive presentations.
• Identify gaps in reporting and proactively suggest improvements.
