Requirements

• 3+ years technical management experience
• 5+ years of development experience with Java (.Net will be considered)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (or related field)

Role Description

• Software Development – set standards for the team, lead by example and solve high‑level complex problems when escalated.
• Solution Architecture – contribute to architecture and design, review solutions and collaborate with seniors to provide the best solution.
• Project Management – collaborate with project office, product teams and professional services to define, prioritise and execute projects to the highest standard.
• Apply SDLC standards and methodologies to deliver projects on time and meet deadlines.
• Set clear goals and performance indicators for the team, monitoring progress.
• Support team members in their growth journey, empowering them to progress within the company.
• Conduct one‑to‑one meetings to measure performance and manage progress.
• Manage performance reviews.
