Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational, non-government school for ELC to Year 12 students.

It has three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs, Palmerston and Leanyer.

Applications are sought for a suitably qualified and experienced Secondary Japanese Teacher to join the Language Acquisition team, teaching at the Howard Springs Middle / Senior campus on a full-time, fixed-term contract.

Secondary Teachers provide an atmosphere for students to fulfil their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological growth.

They are responsible for organising and implementing an instructional program that will result in students achieving academic success.

As a community, we inspire and equip students to flourish as compassionate, highly capable people who enrich the lives of others, guided by Christian values.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Japanese, along with the capability to teach in other subject areas.

They should demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with proven skills in developing, implementing, and monitoring curriculum and learning programs.
