Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops & laptops
  • Provide on‑site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Set up and support Microsoft (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and group policies
  • Install and maintain printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
  • Assist with network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN)
  • Perform hardware repairs / upgrades (RAM, HDD / SSD, screens, etc.)
  • Manage backup and recovery processes
  • Support IP telephony / VoIP systems (e.g., 3CX, Microsoft Teams Phone)
  • Maintain IT asset register and software licensing
  • Assist with new user onboarding and offboarding
  • Document support tickets and resolutions in the helpdesk system
  • Adhere to IT security policies and procedures
